Return and Refund Policy

Life and Health Source Return Policy

We at Life and Health Source know things come up, and an item might need to be returned or exchanged. Please read our Policies below.


  • We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • All Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and meet the conditions laid out below.
  • All returns must be approved by Life and Health Source prior to sending any item back for a Refund.
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
  • The Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us
  • The items must be shipped back with in 5 days of requesting a return and must be shipped with a trackable service like USPS, UPS, FEDEX
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • When returning an item for any reason, please note that you the customer are responsible for any shipping costs to return the item to Life and Health Source. We do not provide labels or Call tags
  • All Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, the 15% will be deducted from your refund total.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following Criteria

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The Item must be in the original packaging.
  3. The item seal must not be broken

NOTE: We reserve the Right to refuse any return the does not meet these Criteria

Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. 

Restocking Fee: 

All Returned Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, the 15% will be deducted from your refund total.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Due to FDA Regulations are unable to accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, Skin Care, or flammable liquids. Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible to receive a refund

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment Please allow 5-7 business days a credit to appear on your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  1. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us

Shipping your Item Back

 Once you have contact us and we have approved your return, we will include the Address for you to ship your item back, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
